Privacy policy

ZeeVizion Studio ("we", "us") makes AI ad creative for health and fitness brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect through zeevizion.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a free sample ad or contact us, we collect your full name, brand or company name, business email, product or website link, any project details you add, and your consent choices.
• Request records. The date and time of your request, the page it came from, and whether we have sent our reply or any requested resource.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

How we use it

• To make your free sample ad and reply to your request.
• To follow up about your request and our services.
• If you separately opt in, to send you occasional ad ideas and offers by email.
• To keep records of consent and to protect the site against spam and misuse.

We only collect what we need for these purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Consent and marketing emails

Submitting the form with the privacy box checked means you agree to us using your details to handle your request. Marketing emails are separate: we only send them if you check the optional marketing box. Every marketing email includes our contact details and an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including providers for website hosting and security, business email, form storage and email delivery. They may only use your information to provide their services to us. Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep sample requests and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on that consent, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to submissions is limited to ZeeVizion Studio, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification where available.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
